School Days Again

School has started already! We did our tradition of going to the custard stand in our PJ's the night before school starts. The Minnie Mouse inspired bag is for Alex to keep her extra clothes in at school (most people just use a ziploc, but you know I can't just do that). Alex is very excited. She has the same teachers as last year-Miss Maureen and Miss Angela, same classroom, but all new classmates. She was a little nervous about that, but she already made a new friend on the first day. They sang the Hooray Song to get to know each others names and Alex built a complex pet shop out of blocks. We moved her up to 3 days a week this year and she's also going to do gymnastics one day a week after school. She has the enthusiasm for gymnastics, hopefully the coordination will improve a bit this year. I can't believe how much she is growing up!
